Funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), Mission 4 Component 2 Investment 1.3, Theme 10.
February 10-11, 2025, University of Pisa, Department of Agricultural, Food and Agro-Environmental Sciences
The event will facilitate a convergence of expertise from a range of disciplines, including agricultural sciences, agrarian economics, food policy, entrepreneurship, and design. This will enable a productive exchange of ideas on how these fields can be integrated to address global challenges.
Specific consideration will be given to the transition towards sustainable food systems, the improvement of rural areas, and digital and social transformation. These themes will be examined with a particular emphasis on entrepreneurial innovation and food policies, with the objective of promoting solutions that support inclusion, resilience, and sustainability in agri-food systems at both the local and global levels.
