This two-day event, hosted at Fondazione Edmund Mach in San Michele All'Adige (TN), will take place on the afternoon of June 9 and the morning of June 10. Organized by Spokes 3 and 4, it will serve as a key meeting point for discussing the interplay between tradition and innovation in the food sector, bringing together experts from food science, business, and design.

The program includes interactive workshops, plenary talks on topics such as copyright protection and digital agriculture, and company presentations focused on the evolving food landscape. Participants will also engage in roundtable discussions, a poster session, and networking opportunities.

A winery tour and tasting at FEM and a social dinner are planned to foster informal exchange and strengthen collaboration among Early Career Scientists (ECS) and professionals.

The event will be held at the Conference Room (Sala Conferenze), PRC building, Fondazione Edmund Mach, Via E. Mach 1, San Michele All'Adige (TN). Coordinated by the OnFoods Spoke 3 and Spoke 4 Organizing Committee – Fondazione Edmund Mach.
