Foods and new foods: between tradition and innovation. Novel food and feed are the subject of extensive and heated debate within the scientific community, politics, and civil society. On 19th September, a compelling workshop on the topic will take place at the University of Milan.

The initiative, through an open dialogue with experts in the field, aims to clarify the strengths, points of friction, and uncertainties, with the goal of moving beyond the opposition that has, until now, characterised the debate.
