OnFoods Magazine: making research accessible and trustworthy

The world of information and the world of research have historically moved at two different speeds: while research tends to publish only well-established results, the media are always in pursuit of newsworthy content as quickly as possible.

Today, however, the situation has changed. We now speak of the "medialization of science," a phenomenon where the criteria for newsworthiness and the promotion of public visibility are increasingly integrated into scientific practice without compromising research quality.

Aware of the complexity of the relationship between information and science, our magazine publishes weekly in-depth articles, interviews, news, and events from the OnFoods network. We do so to make OnFoods research clear to the general public, striking a balance between accessibility and a constant commitment to scientific accuracy and responsibility.
